Selb family-Oster, whose ancestors were engaged in viticulture 1661, belong some of the best land Moselle region, located on the banks of the river Saar. The main grape varieties grown on 16 hectares of vineyards, farms, is Riesling, with most of the vines are very old. Almost the entire crop is collected and sorted by hand, and sometimes in three steps. Half of the produced wine is aged in old oak barrels - FUDR.
